1. not beeing able to see everything as admin
2. allowing two mods with the same name to exist
3. allowing mods with no files to exist (i know we have to add them to the db at first but is there a time when we can check if they can be removed?)
4. Making error 500 more beutifull
5. maybe showing admins! error details normaly only in syslog to help debugging on prod vithout shella cc
